🛒 How to Order

1. Place your order, then provide your photo via Etsy message.

2. Once the digital painting is complete, I will send you a draft for your approval and to give you a chance to
make any suggestions. For example, change the background, convert in black in white, remove some
aspect of the photo, etc (don't hesitate to message me with any concern or customization).

3. Once you are satisfied with your custom portrait I will give you a download link or email your digital file.


I will contact you as soon as I finish your portrait. It usually takes about 12 hours to make depending on the number of orders queued. You will receive a high-resolution file (around 4800×6000 pixels 300 dpi) file, in the format of JPG. ready for print.
